| Comment: |
| HA-341 is a modification
of Ophiopogon & Asarum Combination which has been used for
more than 300 years in the treatment of headaches and facial pain.
The primary ingredient, Ligustici Rhizoma is a classic herb
for regulating blood circulation and relieving pain. Pharmacological
and clinical research shows that this herb can reduce the resistance
of cerebral vessels, increase the volume of blood flow and improve
cerebral microcirculation. It also has sedative action. Another
chief ingredient, Corydalis Yanhusuo Rhizoma, is a strong analgesic.
Other ingredients, Asari Herba cum Radice, Angelicae Dahuricae
Radix, Ledebouriellae Radix and Notopterygii Rhizoma, also have
analgesic effects and all are traditionally used to relieve
headache.
