It contains Bupleuri Radix, Cimicifugae Rhizoma etc. which reduce

Rhei Rhizoma and Scutellariae Radix promote bowel movement, clear
heat and remove food toxin; Angelicae Radix promotes blood circulation
and moistens the large intestine. HE-349 is more suitable to hemorrhoids
